studio rules.

-Cancellations are non refundable, if you are unable make it to your appointment we allow rescheduling.

-For your safety please maintain the door locked at all times, always put the key back after unlocking the door as other appointments may need to come in. Be sure to lock after you leave. A minimum $100 Fee will be charged for not locking the space.

-The studio has cameras in the common and vanity area.

-Please do not use any other room if you have not paid for it, if we see that other rooms are being used you may be charged the hr/ rate for the room used.

-The common area is for everyone that has booked a room, be courteous with your time if their are others waiting to use it.

-SHOES are NOT allowed in the SAND ROOM. Glitter, confetti and anything else that may be difficult to clean are also not allowed. The bottom three steps in the sand room are safe for use. For your safety do not use the top three steps.
Pets are NOT allowed in the SAND ROOM, we do however welcome pets in the moon room, romance room and common area.

If you move things around, please place everything back in its place. If anything is damage we reserve the right to charge the card on file. Please let us know of any incidents.

We are not liable for any personal injury or illness that occur during your session at Serene Studios. We encourage you carry your own business insurance.
